calendarAppointments

All surgeries are held by appointment only which can be made by either telephoning or calling into the surgery or on-line.

We have a flexible appointment system which allows you to be seen on the same day and also to make appointments in advance.

Please be aware that our frontline staff known as the Patient Services Team are trained to ask you to give an indication of what your problem is to enable them to offer an appointment with the right person at the surgery eg, with the minor illness nurse or a GP. There may be times when they will sign post you to other services eg. to the Dentist, Optician or Pharmacist. They are here to help you so please give as much information as possible. We understand that from time to time you may not wish to declare the reason - this is fine and they will respect your decision.

If you need to speak to a doctor or Nurse, please call Reception and they will book you a telephone consultation slot.

If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

We also have the facility available for patients to book, change or cancel appointments on-line using your own internet connection.

Please speak to reception if you are interested in using this service

Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, please call 999. You can also call NHS 111 for general advice and guidance. See 'when we are closed' section under opening times for full details.

Sorry!

Sometimes the doctor or nurse appointments run late. We are aware that this is frustrating for patients but it is usually because there has been an unexpected emergency.

You can make another appointment if you are unable to wait.
