Repeat Prescriptions
We encourage all patients to use our on-line service to order repeat medications. All you need to do is complete and submit a form with 2 forms of identification so we can set your account up. Once approved, you can start ordering your medications. Please see our section 'Online Services' for further information.
You can also deliver your repeat prescriptions to the Surgery. Always use the computer request slip. There is a box in the lobby for you to put this in or if we are closed, you can place it in the post box.
For new medication, not prescribed by doctors at this Surgery, please provide a hospital letter or container.
We cannot accept requests by telephone, unless you are housebound or have completed an exemption form, as this can lead to errors. If you need assistance with the process of ordering medications, please contact Lisa at the surgery.
Try to give at least 48 hours notice.

There is a collection service from the surgery by Boots at Sileby and Barrow upon Soar and by Riverside Pharmacy in Sileby.
From time to time you will be asked to come in and see the doctor or nurse to ensure you are receiving the correct medication and that you are taking it correctly. This is a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. You can also seek advice from your pharmacist.
